About Us

Central Kentucky has been our home for the past twenty years. After graduating from Transylvania University, our journey took us to Charlotte, Raleigh, Columbia, Boca Raton and Morehead. We moved back to the “Horse Capital of the World” in 2001. The Lane Group moved to The Brokerage in 2020 and continues to offer our clients exceptional customer service while guiding them efficiently through the buying and/or selling process. Andrea leads The Lane Group and consistently is one of Lexington's “Top Producers”. Brian is a licensed real estate advisor in Kentucky and South Carolina and holds a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist certification from the National Association of Realtors
