About Andrea

Andrea is a full-time Real Estate Advisor with The Brokerage in Lexington, KY.  Andrea utilizes the vast resources of one of Kentucky's leading real estate companies to develop a marketing strategy to take your property from listing to close.  With years of buying experience, Andrea can also help you identify and negotiate the purchase of a new home here in the Bluegrass.

 

Originally from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, she was offered a tennis scholarship at Transylvania University and moved to Lexington.  After graduation, Andrea moved to South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida.  In North Carolina, she served as the first men’s and women’s tennis coach at Louisburg College (NC).  She also was a tennis professional at North Hills Country Club and taught at Meredith College in Raleigh.

 

Outside of real estate and raising three kids, Andrea enjoys golf, tennis and being a “Coach’s Wife” as she follows her husband Brian's college basketball and golf teams.  An avid horse lover, you can also find her trackside at the Kentucky Horse Park or Keeneland during the Fall/Spring meets and tailgating with friends.  Andrea served on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross Bluegrass Chapter and co-chaired the Red Cross' “Heroes" Campaign.  In 2010, Andrea was named to the Transylvania Athletic Hall of Fame. She is also a lifetime member of the LBAR's "Top Producers Club",

Andrea and Brian have three children: Lydia, Harrison, and Henry.​
